Explore Global Trends and Financing Strategies for Clean Energy
The Applying Green Energy Finance course doesn’t just teach theory — it gives you the real-world skills needed to understand, evaluate, and support green energy investments. You’ll explore the intersection of energy technology, policy, and finance. That means learning how renewable energy and energy efficiency projects work technically, how they are supported by regulatory frameworks, and how to evaluate them financially. You’ll build a comprehensive picture of what makes a green energy project feasible and bankable.
You’ll work on case studies and assignments, such as developing a term sheet for a renewable energy project. Additionally, in this clean energy financing course you’ll gain insights into global green finance trends, investment markets, and financing mechanisms like feed-in tariffs, auctions, and corporate PPAs.
Sharpen your financial toolbox: From NPV and IRR to credit risk and WACC — you’ll work with the same tools used by banks, investors, and project developers to assess renewable energy investments.
